Open source Data modeling tool

Very good open source data modeling tool which works on both Mac and Windows. I've been using it on the Mac for ODD & Grid metadata modeling. I've also installed it on Windows and my data models are portable between both platforms.

It has satisfied my requirements. Try it if you're doing data modeling, it's intuitive and easy to use.
